Job Description
We are looking for a freelance experienced JDE Program Manager with a proven track record in large-scale ERP/Oracle programs, strong governance and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate global teams in a highly regulated environment. This high-impact role involves end-to-end upgrade of Oracle (JD Edwards applications) from version 9.2.2 to Update 26, and tools from 9.2.5 to release 9.2.26.x, across multiple business units and geographies.
The Project Manager will be under the responsibility of the Head of CoE ERP Finance.
Mission objectives:
· Define, plan, execute and deliver the full JDE upgrade program, managing multiple streams.
· Establish program governance, milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation in alignment with executive steering committees.
· Lead and coordinate internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners through all phases (assessment, retrofit, testing, deployment, and hypercare).
· Ensure robust risk management, issue resolution, and proactive mitigation of project delays or budget overruns.
· Ensure compliance with corporate standards and best practices.
· Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and senior stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption to business processes during transition phases.
· Monitor project budget and control costs effectively.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project delivery.
· Resilient leader comfortable managing high-pressure environments and strict deadlines.
· Culturally agile, experienced in leading geographically dispersed teams.
· Business-driven mindset.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
· Proven track record (15+ years) leading large-scale ERP upgrade or transformation programs with JD Edwards in multinational contexts.
· Experience operating at senior leadership level (Program Director, Head of ERP, Transformation Leader) in organizations of similar scale (50,000+ employees).
· Strong expertise in project governance, budget management and complex vendor management.
· Background in professional services industry is a significant plus.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure consensus in matrixed organizations.
· Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, risk and compliance frameworks, and change management approaches.
· Fluent in English
