About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate JEE Mathematics Faculty to teach Classes 11 & 12 students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and experience handling competitive-exam-oriented Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics for Classes 11 & 12 with a focus on JEE Main and JEE Advanced preparation.
• Develop and deliver engaging classroom sessions based on the JEE syllabus.
• Prepare students through concept building, problem-solving, mock tests, and regular assessments.
• Explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Prepare and review assignments, worksheets, question papers, and study materials.
• Analyse students' performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
• Identify individual learning gaps and support students in improving their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest JEE Main and JEE Advanced examination patterns and syllabus.
• Mentor students and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics / Engineering / a relevant field.
• 3+ years of teaching experience in JEE Mathematics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Class 11 & 12 Mathematics.
• Experience teaching JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced students.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to explain advanced mathematical concepts clearly.
• Experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in JEE coaching institutes, entrance-exam academies, or senior secondary Mathematics teaching are preferred.

Experience with institutes such as Aakash, ALLEN, FIITJEE, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Vedantu, or similar coaching organisations will be an added advantage.
