J_Engineering Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project coordination and operational activities related to prototype build programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support successful proto build execution.
• Track project schedules, parts readiness, shipment status, and key deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and delays.
• Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, project processes, and organizational standards.
• Support planning and execution activities to ensure timely completion of proto build milestones.
• Travel to manufacturing plant and supplier locations within and around Pune as required for build support and coordination.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Qualification - Diploma / B.E. / B-Tech Mechanical / equivalent.
• Experience Range - 2 to 4 Years.
• Basic knowledge of Sheetmetal and other manufacturing processes.
• Basic proficiency in Creo for reviewing engineering data and drawings.
• Experience in project coordination or project management activities.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
