To assist in the daily accounting and financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Prepare, verify and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding payment matters.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documents.

2. Daily Accounting Operations

• Maintain accurate accounting records and update the accounting system.
• Handle data entry for invoices, expenses, payments and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, statements and other financial documents.

3. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for financial statements.
• Assist in monitoring company expenses and project-related costs.

4. Construction Project Accounts

• Assist in tracking project expenses, material costs and subcontractor payments.
• Verify supplier and subcontractor invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and relevant supporting documents.
• Maintain records of project-related expenses and payment claims.
• Coordinate with project and site personnel regarding invoices, claims and cost documentation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
