Job Description – Jewellery Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily jewellery showroom operations.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Guide and motivate the jewellery sales team.
• Ensure proper jewellery display, stock management, and inventory control.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor billing, stock verification, and jewellery security procedures.
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements:

• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery sales and showroom operations.
• Experience in jewellery retail and team management preferred.
• Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle customers and manage staff effectively.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
