Overview

Test Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support a team of production employees. This position is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and employee development within an assigned production area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and workflow.
• Review production schedules and staffing requirements.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and safety discussions.
• Monitor production output and product quality.
• Maintain accurate shift and production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of production leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
