Starting Pay: $14/hour + TIPS (average total pay $15-17/hr)

Qualifications

• Must have open availability
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Food handling experience required
• Reliable, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Make fast, accurate, consistent sandwiches
• Deliver world-class customer service
• Train and coach team members on the job
• Follow portion sizes, recipes, and procedures precisely
• Slice meats daily
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the register, and handle delivery tickets
• Complete systems and procedures with 100% accuracy
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Thrive under pressure in high-volume operations
