Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Jira Service Management functionality.
• Develop and maintain complex automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain field configurations, notifications, issue security and permission schemes, etc.
• Develop and maintain Proforma configurations and functionality.
• Develop and maintain Insight/Assets configurations and functionality.
• Extend Jira functionality using Atlassian Plugin SDK for Atlassian Server Products and/or Script Runner.
• Develop and maintain functionality to automate administration tasks (user, group, role, schemes, etc.).
• Work with partner teams to negotiate and develop upstream and downstream data integrations.
• Maintain documentation, scripting and/or tooling to aid in promoting configurations across environments.
• Perform peer work reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow good SDLC practices including source code control, automated unit testing, automated builds, configuration management, comprehensive documentation, testing and project promotion procedures.
