Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall experience, with at least 6+ years of hands-on Jira administration and configuration.
Strong experience with Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management (JSM).
Proven hands-on experience configuring Jira SLAs and developing SLA dashboards/reports.
Strong understanding of:
Jira Workflows
Issue Types
Screens
Custom Fields
Permission Schemes
Notification Schemes
Workflow Conditions/Validators/Post Functions
Hands-on experience with Jira Automation.
Strong knowledge of JQL, Filters, Gadgets, Dashboards, and Reporting.
Experience implementing time tracking and timesheet solutions, preferably Tempo Timesheets or similar.
Proven experience integrating Jira with Zoho applications.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, API authentication, data mapping, and synchronization.
Experience with integration/middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand business requirements and quickly translate them into Jira configurations and integrations.
Experience delivering projects within short timelines is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
