Jira Administrator

Details:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and improve enterprise Atlassian environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Design workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, dashboards, and automation
• Integrate Atlassian tools with M365, CI/CD platforms, and other enterprise systems
• Develop automation and integrations using REST APIs, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Jira solutions
• Maintain platform documentation, standards, governance, and system stability
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams
• Provide guidance on Atlassian best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence
• Excellent knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, custom fields, and automation
• Experience with APIs, scripting, and Atlassian integrations
• Understanding of enterprise IT, identity management, governance, and change management
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill

Nice to Have

• Python, PowerShell, or Groovy
• ITIL / ITSM / Agile experience
• Atlassian certifications such as ACP-100 / ACP-200
• CI/CD, DevOps, and version-control experience
• Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance
