• Translate business needs into technical specifications for Jira configurations
• Jira Configuration:Customize and configure Jira to meet specific project and team requirements
• Implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards
• Plugin Development:Develop custom plugins or scripts using Jira API or scripting languages (eg, Groovy)
• Integrate Jira with other tools and systems as needed
• Automation:Implement automation rules and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and processes
• Utilize Jira Automation features for workflow automation
• User Training:Train end-users and teams on using Jira effectively
• Create documentation and guides for Jira usage
• Integrations:Integrate Jira with other Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket) and third-party applications
