Jira/Confluence Developer (For Philippines)

The Developer will administer, configure, enhance and support Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence in an enterprise environment. The role will involve platform administration, workflow configuration, automation, integrations, troubleshooting and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Configure projects, workflows, screens, issue types, schemes and custom fields.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and Confluence spaces.
• Create dashboards, reports, filters and reusable templates.
• Configure automation rules, approvals, queues, notifications and SLAs.
• Develop ScriptRunner/Groovy scripts and workflow customisations.
• Build and support REST API, webhook and enterprise-system integrations.
• Support SSO, SAML, LDAP and Active Directory integration.
• Troubleshoot performance, workflow, access and integration issues.
• Manage upgrades, patches, plugins, backups and platform health.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and audit records.
• Provide L2/L3 support and participate in production-support activities.

Required Skills

• Strong Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Experience with Jira Data Center, Cloud or large-scale on-premises environments.
• Jira Service Management experience.
• ScriptRunner, Groovy or Jira automation experience.
• REST API and webhook integration knowledge.
• SSO, SAML, LDAP and Active Directory knowledge.
• Linux, SQL, application-log and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience integrating Jira with GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Skills that are an Advantage but not required:

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or engineering environments
• Atlassian certification
• Mandarin language capability an advantage but not required
• Experience working in highly secure or restricted enterprise environments
