Job Coach

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess students’ strengths, needs, goals, readiness, and barriers, and develop individual career and employment plans.
2. Source and arrange suitable internships and employment opportunities, conduct job matching, and negotiate progression to open employment.
3. Prepare students for work through tailored training, job analysis, coaching, and development of work, social, life, and motivation skills.
4. Provide on-the-job coaching and supervision, guide students in completing tasks, and advise employers on suitable workplace accommodations.
5. Work closely with employers and internal/external stakeholders to promote inclusive employment, identify job opportunities, and develop or customise roles where appropriate.
6. Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide ongoing support, maintain accurate records, and prepare employment plans, reports, and relevant documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of F&B, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate, manage, and facilitate projects and events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with respect for diversity and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Self-motivated, independent, organised, and able to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the discipline to follow regulations, SOPs, work protocols, and processes.
• Comfortable travelling around Singapore and working weekends/public holidays; experience supporting people with special needs is an advantage.
