Job Controller

• Prepare, open, and monitor Job Orders/Repair Orders.
• Coordinate service jobs with Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Monitor the progress and status of ongoing repair and maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that all required parts, labor, and services are properly recorded in the Job Order.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department regarding parts availability and issuance.
• Verify completed work orders before endorsement for billing and release.
• Monitor turnaround time and follow up on delayed or pending jobs.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of service-related records.
• Assist in preparing daily and periodic service reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding billing and payment requirements.
• Assist in maintaining accurate service records and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Service Manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related course.
• TESDA NC I or NC II in Motorcycle/Automotive Servicing is preferred or required.
• With experience in motorcycle or automotive service operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic motorcycle/automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple service jobs.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
• Fresh graduates with relevant NC certification may also be considered.

Pay: Php19,700.00 - Php20,500.00 per month
