JOB CONTROLLER

• Job Assignment: Receive repair orders from Service Advisors and allocate tasks to technicians based on their individual skills, specialization, and current workload.
• Workflow Monitoring: Update and maintain the workshop process control board or digital planner to track active vehicle repairs in real time.
• Department Coordination: Communicate closely with Service Advisors, parts departments, and warranty clerks to track parts availability and avoid repair bottlenecks.
• Schedule Control: Track promised completion times and alert management or advisors immediately if delays occur.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports on vehicle turnaround time, open job orders, and technician productivity.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
