Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily job assignments to ensure work is completed according to schedule.

• Prepare and manage job orders, work schedules, and service records.

• Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, and other departments regarding job progress and requirements.

• Track job status and provide timely updates to customers and management.

• Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

• Follow up on outstanding jobs and ensure timely completion.

• Assist in preparing reports related to job performance, productivity, and operational activities.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
