Responsibilities

• Develop personalized employment plans that align with clients’ career aspirations and strengths
• Recruit potential employers by establishing and maintaining strong relationships through outreach and networking
• Assist clients in preparing resumes, practicing interview techniques, and developing essential job-search skills
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employability
• Support clients through the interview process, providing guidance and feedback to improve success rates
• Track progress of clients post-placement, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting any challenges that arise

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, teaching, or training roles with a focus on workforce development or employment services
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate strengths and areas for growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and employers alike
• Ability to develop innovative training programs tailored to diverse client needs
• Knowledge of labor market trends, employer needs, and community resources is highly desirable
• Demonstrated commitment to empowering individuals through education, coaching, and support

Pay: $49,860.07-$131,409.37 per year

Work Location: In person
