Job Developer/Case Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our dedicated team. Duties

• Assist clients in developing tailored employment plans that align with their skills, interests, and goals
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess clients’ strengths, needs, and barriers to employment
• Provide coaching on job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette
• Support clients in navigating employment law and workplace accommodations to ensure legal compliance and a positive work environment
• Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities and facilitate successful placements
• Offer ongoing mentoring and training to enhance clients’ skills in areas such as social work, addiction counseling, or teaching as needed
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, employment outcomes, and service activities

Experience

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws relevant to workforce development programs
• Experience in social work, mentoring, recruiting, or training & development roles is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with addiction counseling principles and supporting clients through recovery processes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower diverse populations
• Previous experience in workforce development or community outreach programs is desirable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
