Job Foreman / Dump Trailer Driver

About us, We are a family-owned roofing company in Tallahassee. We do residential and commercial roofing around Tallahassee and the Big Bend, and we're growing. We're hiring a foreman with proven experience to keep our jobs moving.

Position overview This isn't an entry-level role. You'll manage job site logistics: dropping off, picking up, and dumping dump trailers, getting materials to the site, and keeping crews on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drop off, pick up, and haul dump trailers to the dump, including hydraulic dump trailers
• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites
• Schedule inspections with local municipalities
• Order roofing materials and schedule deliveries with the office
• Keep crews on schedule and job sites safe and clean
• Make sure the work is done right before the crew leaves
• Travel occasionally outside Tallahassee for projects

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL preferred
• Proven experience hauling trailers and operating dump trailers
• Roofing experience, ideally 2+ years but will teach the right person
• Strong organization and scheduling skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks on your own
• Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to work

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
