Job Opening: Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer to join our team for a new project. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of civil construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities for the new project.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Review BOQ, construction drawings, estimates, and material requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, and work progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper quality control of civil works, including RCC, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, roads, drainage, etc.
• Coordinate with the project team for utility areas, production blocks, warehouses, office buildings, and other infrastructure.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and material management.
• Ensure adherence to applicable building standards, statutory requirements, and EHS norms.
• Support project documentation, measurement verification, bill certification, and final handover.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1015 years of industrial experience
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, estimation, billing, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage site activities and multiple contractors.
