The roles and responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination:

• Scheduling and collaborating with interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Managing logistics and ensuring smooth coordination for recruitment events.

2. Program Management:

• Creating and managing project plans for events, including timelines, action items, and stakeholder accountability.
• Managing logistics, including budget and vendor coordination.
• Ensuring execution and accountability of stakeholders for events.
• Handling multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
• Driving feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

3. Event Coordination:

• Planning and executing tech talks, meetups, and conferences, primarily for the engineering team.
• Managing both in-person and virtual events, including logistics and networking segments.
• Ensuring brand building and hiring objectives are met through events.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering leads and external vendors.
• Coordinating with local vendors and managing communications for event requirements.

5. Flexibility:

• Adapting to varying workloads between recruitment coordination and program management based on seasonal needs.
• Being open to learning and taking on responsibilities of both roles as required.
