3. Palo Alto Prisma Browser

4. Cybersecurity Awareness and Simulations

5. Vendor coordination

6. Asset management

7. Procurement for consumables items and coordination with internal and vendor for the same

8. Network support

9. VIP Support

10. Zoho Manage Engine

11. Change Management

12. Incident Management and Knowledge Base manage

13. Tools : Zoho Manage engine Endpoint Security,Aquila, Druva, Zscaler, r, MS Intune,

CrowdStrike Falcon, Palo Alto Prisma browser, Crowdstrike

14. M365 support and troubleshooting, MS Teams, Outlook and One drive

15. AV support: Manage and troubleshooting VC calls for boardroom and meeting rooms

16. Training Content Management and provide data at the time of audits and internal processes
