Job Planner

We are seeking a Job Planner to join our team at Improvage Precision Sdn Bhd in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our production planning and scheduling operations. As a key member of our production and manufacturing department, you will bridge communication between our stakeholders and production team, ensuring seamless coordination of production schedules, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production workflows and supporting our commitment to on-time delivery and quality output.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate production schedules and plans with team members.
2. Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
3. To ensure production line meet the customer requirement especially all the activities is efficient for on time delivery.
4. Assigning of Internal Job No. in relation to Purchase Order for product identification and traceability.
5. Plan and commit shipment schedules to relevant departments and customers.
6. Support the planning team with data entry, schedule updates, and administrative tasks.
7. Recording, checking, identification and answering of inquiries and orders as well as fulfilling the order required.
8. Identify and report scheduling conflicts or production bottlenecks to management.
9. Identify production delays and implement corrective actions to avoid delivery issues.
10. Liaise with logistics warehouse to arrange timely delivery to customers.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Top Management.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
3. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
4. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & etc.
5. Experience in using ERP system is added advantage.
6. Hardworking and strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, particularly in handling numerical date.
