Job Site Supervisor

Overview:
Join our growing construction team as a Job Site Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties:

• Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, crew members, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to guide on-site activities
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track progress, document issues, and update schedules
• Monitor construction safety compliance according to OSHA standards and federal safety regulations
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction drawing review to ensure work meets design intent and regulatory standards
• Manage and report on project performance

Experience

• Proven experience supervising construction sites within commercial or heavy civil projects
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and technical specifications for accurate execution of work
• Familiarity with construction safety and OSHA regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage sub contractors effectively, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain project timelines
• Excellent communication skills for managing crews, interfacing with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders

This position will require you to have reliable transportation. Estimated job completion is 6-8 months with the opportunity to supervise other locations after the project in Lehigh acres has been completed with willingness to travel.

• Construction: Minimum of 2 years experience (Required)

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
