results. We are currently seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join our busy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and
  administrative disputes, and other areas of interest to the candidate.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage discovery processes including depositions and document production.
• Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to client service and professional excellence.
