Joget Developer

We are looking for an experienced Analyst Programmer (Joget Developer) to build and maintain business applications using the Joget low-code platform. The ideal candidate has experience in workflow automation, Java development, SQL databases, and application development, with the ability to support projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS)
• Java and Oracle development environment experience
• Knowledge of RDBMS/PLSQL

Must-Have Skills:

• Joget App Builder, Form Builder, Data List, and Userview
• Workflow design and process mapping
• Java development for custom plugins, hash variables, and form validators
• SQL (Oracle or MySQL), data source configuration, custom queries, form binders, and data lists
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customization
• Understanding of role-based access controls and approval routing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Application development experience
• End-to-end SDLC experience
• Agile and/or Waterfall methodology exposure
• Insurance industry knowledge
• Joget plugin development and deployment
• REST API integration (consuming and exposing services from Joget applications)
• Apache Tomcat administration
• Experience migrating manual or spreadsheet-based processes into workflow applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications by collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs
• Prepare technical documentation, including UI layouts, table designs, process flows, data dictionaries, and report layouts
• Conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and data validation activities
• Prepare development effort estimates for application enhancements
• Review technical designs to ensure compliance with architecture standards and guidelines
• Provide technical consultation during testing and development activities
• Resolve service desk escalations and application issues while maintaining service quality
