Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester with extensive experience in the social housing and local authority sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing Test and Remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical testing and inspections in social housing and local authority properties.
• Perform Fault finding on electrical installations to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results and remedial work carried out.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Tester.
• Proven experience in the social housing and local authority sector.
• Familiarity with Test and Remedial contracts.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
