CPF is looking for experienced Packaging Manager to join our team and drive the future of packaging — from commercialization and packaging development to innovation, design, and sustainability.

We are currently hiring for 2 key positions:

🔹 1. Packaging Development Manager

📍 Location: Wangnoi Ayutthaya

Lead packaging development and commercialization projects, delivering packaging solutions that balance innovation, quality, manufacturability, cost, and speed-to-market.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging, Packaging Engineering, Food Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• 8–10+ years of experience in packaging development

• 3+ years of project or team leadership experience

• Strong experience in NPD commercialization

• Experience working with factories and cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, validation, testing, and cost optimization

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, decision-making, and execution skills

• Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership and a hands-on approach

🔹 2. Packaging Discovery Manager

📍 Location: Wangnoi Ayutthaya

Lead future-focused packaging innovation, structural design, sustainability, and consumer-centric packaging concepts to create long-term business value and competitive advantage.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Material Science, Polymer Science, or related fields

• 8–10+ years of experience in packaging development or innovation

• 3+ years in a leadership or project leadership role

• Experience in food packaging is preferred

• Experience in innovation, structural design, and/or sustainability projects

• Strong knowledge of structural packaging design, packaging materials & technologies, flexible packaging, thermoform, and rigid packaging

• Knowledge of sustainable & recyclable packaging

• Experience in prototyping, trend analysis, design thinking, or rapid prototyping is a plus

• Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, strong communication, and storytelling skills

• Consumer-centric and innovation mindset with strong external networking capability
