Join Our Team as a Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data, reporting, and process improvement? We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Product Support organization by managing recurring reporting, data quality assurance, and operational analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data, and has strong SQL and Tableau skills.

What You'll Do

✅ Execute recurring report pulls and dashboard refreshes using Tableau and existing reporting frameworks.

✅ Query data from Snowflake using existing and modified SQL scripts.

✅ Perform data validation, QA checks, and identify data anomalies or inconsistencies.

✅ Support routine stakeholder data requests by developing and refining SQL queries based on established metric definitions.

✅ Maintain documentation, process runbooks, metric definitions, and issue logs.

✅ Escalate requests requiring new methodologies, business logic, or strategic decisions to the in-house Data Analyst.

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.

✔ Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.

✔ Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).

✔ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

✔ Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to independently manage recurring tasks with minimal supervision.

✔ Experience with data modeling and forecasting is an advantage.

✔ Ability to quickly understand business processes and operational metrics.
