We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Roxas. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and requests, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or K–12 graduate with at least 1 year of work experience in any customer service-related field; call center experience is not required.
• College undergraduate with more than 1 year completed in college.
• College graduate with no work experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Roxas.
