• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the best possible solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests accurately while maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending concerns or completed requests when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No Call Center Experience (CCE) required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
