Join us as Viewing Agent

At Home Sales and Lettings we believe every property has a story to tell and the viewing is the moment it comes to life.

A viewing is not simply opening the door and allowing people to walk around. It is show time. It is the chance for buyers or tenants to imagine their lives unfolding within those walls and it is often the defining moment in their decision making.

That is why our Viewing Agents play such a vital role.

What The Role Involves As a Viewing Agent you will do far more than accompany people around a home. You will be trained and equipped to:

• Present properties with confidence and care
• Highlight key features and benefits that make each home unique
• Provide accurate information and answer questions with clarity
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience that helps clients feel at ease

We will provide you with comprehensive training so that you feel fully prepared and supported. You do not need prior property experience. What matters most is your professionalism, your personality, and your ability to connect with people.

What We Are Looking For Our ideal Viewing Agents are:

• Warm, approachable, and excellent communicators
• Attentive and able to adapt to different client needs
• Organised, reliable, and well presented
• Confident in delivering an experience, not only a service

This is a self employed position that offers flexibility while being part of a dynamic and professional team.

Why Join Us At Home Sales and Lettings we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional service built on more than thirty years of experience. We are not a typical estate agency. Our values are professionalism, care, responsiveness, and attention to detail. As a Viewing Agent you will embody these values at the most crucial stage of the client journey.

If you are ready to take on a role where every viewing is an opportunity to make an impact we would love to hear from you.
