Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair bulkheads, wood and metal articles, and interior finishes

• Mount furniture, racks, bins, partition bulkheads, decorative ceilings, and false decks with precision

• Interpret blueprints and layout plans to ensure accuracy in all installations

• Repair and maintain cabin accessories, deck structures, and other outfitting items

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Joiner or in related trades such as shipfitting, carpentry, or sheetmetal

• Proven ability in blueprint reading, furniture assembly, layout, and sheetmetal assembly

• Must pass the Tacker Certification test

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Master Tech Certification
