JK Personnel is partnering with a well-established Ballarat manufacturer seeking an experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join their growing team.
This opportunity offers stable Monday to Friday hours, working 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Working in a modern manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality commercial furniture products while working alongside a skilled and supportive team. This role will suit someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking for long-term stability with a respected local employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom furniture and joinery components
• Operate a range of woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Complete fitting, assembly and finishing tasks
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

About You

• Previous experience in joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confident using a range of hand tools, power tools and woodworking equipment
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work well within a team
• Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential
