We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, repairing, and maintaining various wooden structures and fixtures across commercial and residential projects. Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install a variety of wooden components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment where necessary
• Construct and repair frameworks, partitions, cabinetry, roofing structures, and other timber-based elements with precision
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment for lifting, positioning, and securing large or heavy materials safely
• Apply masonry techniques when required for structural stability or aesthetic finishes
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, and measuring devices
• Skilled in operating power tools including drills, sanders, grinders, and saws
• Experience with welding techniques for metal-to-wood or structural repairs
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to building systems and structural integrity
• Expertise in carpentry tasks like framing, cabinetry, flooring installation, and finishing work
• Knowledge of roofing installation and repair methods for various materials
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials or equipment on-site
• Familiarity with masonry work including bricklaying or concrete finishing is a plus
