A new and upcoming business operating in and around the Glasgow area, is seeking a talented joiner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repair work across various properties, including fitting/repairing doors, window repairs, 1st and 2nd fix elements, and general maintenance related works.
• Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Perform reactive and preventative joinery work, ensuring all tasks meet safety standards.
• Install and maintain a wide range of fixtures, fittings, and other woodwork elements.
• Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project completion.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
