Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install woodwork and other materials with precision and attention to detail
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks
• Perform welding and masonry work as needed for structural support or finishing touches
• Conduct roofing tasks including framing, shingle installation, or repairs to ensure weatherproofing
• Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment to maintain safety standards on-site
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with structures or installations
• Follow project plans and specifications accurately while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during project execution
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation needs
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements
