Joiner / Carpenter – Timber Windows & Doors

Full-time | Dandenong South | Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm | RDOs

Aspect Windows is a family-owned Melbourne business with more than 35 years’ experience manufacturing high-quality timber windows and doors.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Joiner / Carpenter to join our friendly, skilled production team. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 10 years, reflecting our focus on quality, teamwork and long-term employment.

The Role

This is primarily a bench-based manufacturing role involving:

• Assembly of high-end timber windows and doors
• Awning, casement and double-hung windows
• Sliding and stacker doors
• European-style door systems, including Lift & Slide
• General timber window and door manufacturing
• Occasional on-site service work using a company vehicle
• Working with the production team to maintain high-quality standards

Training will be provided on our products and systems.

About You

You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in timber window and door manufacturing or a related trade, such as:

• Joinery
• Carpentry
• Cabinet making
• High-end timber assembly or manufacturing

You will also be:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Honest, self-motivated and quality-focused
• Proud of your workmanship
• A team player with a flexible attitude
• Friendly and easy to work with
• Committed to safe work practices
• Willing to work overtime when required

A driver’s licence is preferred for occasional service work but is not essential.
