Joiner - Working Foreman

We are looking for a motivated joiner / foreman to join our expanding team.

The role will involve thinking on your feet, having a keen eye for detail, being extremely well organised and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, to drawing detail, specification & NHBC standards.

Duties

• Quality checking all joinery fixes on sites - using the company app
• Provide guidance and direction to workers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
• Coordinate with site managers and other personnel to plan and execute projects
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets NHBC & client standards

Essential Qualifications

• Joinery qualification
• Joinery experience and knowledge on new build houses / NHBC detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Full driving licence.
