What they need
Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble and install wooden frameworks, fixtures and fittings using hand and power tools.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, kitchen, door and window installation and finishing touches.
- Conduct repairs or modifications on existing structures ensuring safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Current clean driving licence.
- Proven experience as a joiner
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers and screwdrivers.
- Skilled in operating power tools including drill, sanders, saws and grinders.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and building regulations relevant to this type of work.
Pay: £16.66-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39.0 per week
