Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various structures and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including roofs and frameworks.
• Perform joinery tasks, ensuring precision in measurements and cuts.
• Carry out masonry work as required, integrating it with joinery projects.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Conduct painting and finishing work to enhance the appearance of completed projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage heavy lifting and moving of materials as necessary on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Proficient in joinery techniques and carpentry skills.
• Experience with roofing construction is advantageous.
• Knowledge of masonry practices is beneficial.
• Ability to fabricate components accurately based on specifications.
• Familiarity with electrical installations is a plus.
• Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
