What they need
We are a busy, small joinery company of 5 staff seeking to recruit an additional head count for the following responsibilities, previous work experience is necessary and and essential to this role especially in the prep part
Role:
Your main role will be to take window components from the spray line and assemble, glaze and do final quality control before dispatch. Daily target of 5 windows assembled and finished per shift. You you will be solely responsible for this process including ordering stock for all jobs.
Secondary role: You will assist the painting aspects in helping prep and sand window frames and sashes ready for paint (2 half shifts a week)
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
