Joinery / Interior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Joinery / Interior Project Manager – Russian Speaker to manage custom joinery and interior fit-out projects from project award through completion and handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience within joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out, with the ability to coordinate clients, designers, production teams, site teams, and subcontractors while maintaining project quality, timelines, and budgets.

Russian and English language skills are required for effective communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, finishes, and materials.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, samples, and production requirements.
• Ensure approved drawings and specifications are properly communicated to production and site teams.
• Monitor manufacturing and installation progress against project schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate site activities.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and potential delays and take timely corrective action.
• Coordinate site measurements and ensure site conditions are properly communicated to the relevant teams.
• Monitor project quality and ensure work meets approved designs and specifications.
• Manage client communication, project updates, approvals, and variations.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing where applicable, and final handover.
• Track project costs, variations, resources, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in joinery, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of custom joinery and interior fit-out processes.
• Experience managing projects from design and production through installation and handover.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and installation methods.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Fluent Russian and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or luxury interior projects.
• Experience coordinating with Russian-speaking clients or stakeholders.
• Established professional network within the UAE joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out sector.
• Experience with bespoke and custom-made furniture projects.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
