Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced Joinery Machine Operators to join our joinery factory team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating woodworking and joinery machinery to manufacture wooden doors, door frames, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, furniture, and other custom joinery products according to approved drawings and production requirements.

Candidates must have practical experience operating joinery machines, a good understanding of woodworking materials, and the ability to maintain production quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking and joinery machines for cutting, shaping, drilling, grooving, and finishing wood-based materials.
• Operate machinery such as panel saws, sliding table saws, CNC machines, edge banding machines, spindle moulders, planers, thicknessers, and other woodworking equipment, depending on experience.
• Read and understand production drawings, cutting lists, measurements, and job instructions.
• Cut and process MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneer, laminate, and other joinery materials as per specifications.
• Ensure all components are manufactured according to the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and select appropriate tools for different production requirements.
• Check material dimensions and finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify machine faults, material defects, and production issues, and report them to the supervisor.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow all workshop safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate with carpenters, joinery supervisors, and production teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
