Al Zan Carpentry Works LLC is looking for an experienced Joinery Painter with strong practical experience in painting and finishing wooden joinery, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall panels, and custom-made woodwork.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with different wood finishing systems and be able to produce clean, consistent, high-quality finishes suitable for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare wooden surfaces for painting, polishing, staining, and finishing.
• Carry out sanding, filling, putty application, primer, sealer, and final finishing.
• Apply paint, lacquer, PU, stain, polish, and other wood finishing materials.
• Perform spray painting using spray guns and related equipment.
• Match colours and finishes according to approved samples.
• Carry out touch-ups and rectification works when required.
• Inspect surfaces before and after finishing to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain proper finish consistency across multiple joinery items.
• Work on doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, counters, furniture, and other custom joinery.
• Coordinate with carpenters, supervisors, and production teams.
• Protect completed items from damage during handling and installation.
• Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and workshop requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Painter / Wood Painter.
• Strong experience in wood finishing and spray painting.
• Good knowledge of PU paint, lacquer, stains, polish, primers, sealers, and related finishing materials.
• Ability to prepare surfaces correctly before final finishing.
• Experience with colour matching and sample preparation.
• Ability to achieve smooth, high-quality finishes with minimal defects.
• Familiarity with joinery workshop production processes.
• Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work under production deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.

• Villa and residential joinery
• Spray booth operations
• PU and lacquer finishes
• Veneer staining and polishing
• Matt, semi-gloss, and high-gloss finishes
• Touch-up and repair work

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
