Joinery Project Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver joinery and interior fit-out projects from project award through final handover.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, factory production teams, and site installation teams.
• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and material procurement to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor factory production, material availability, delivery schedules, and site installation progress.
• Ensure all joinery works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, material costs, manpower, and overall cost control.
• Attend client, consultant, and internal project meetings and provide regular progress reports and updates to management.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to resolve drawing, material, and technical issues before and during production and installation.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site supervisors, foremen, carpenters, and installation teams.
• Coordinate project activities between the design, estimation, procurement, production, logistics, and site teams.
• Review and manage variations, additional works, claims, and related commercial documentation.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, material approvals, inspection requests, site records, and handover documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification works, testing, completion, and final project handover.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety requirements, company policies, and project-specific regulations.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within approved budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.
• Professional Experience
• Minimum 4**–6 years of experience** in joinery, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or construction projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from award, design coordination, procurement, production, delivery, installation, snagging, and final handover.
• Experience managing joinery projects for villas, residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, offices, retail, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interiors is preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, factory teams, and site teams.
• Experience managing factory production and site installation teams.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and cost control.
• Experience handling variations, additional works, claims, delays, and project-related commercial matters.
• Experience preparing and reviewing project progress reports, schedules, material submittals, inspection requests, and handover documentation.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
