JOINERY SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor – Joinery to oversee daily site operations and joinery installation works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of joinery, the ability to lead site teams, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery installation activities and coordinate site operations.
• Manage site workers, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Oversee the installation of custom-made joinery, including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, counters, and other interior joinery works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, managers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor site progress and report delays, technical issues, and material requirements to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Guide site teams and resolve installation-related issues to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, custom-made joinery, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and joinery shop drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to manage site teams and meet project schedules.
