Joinery Technical Coordinator

• Coordinate technical aspects of joinery production, fabrication, and site installation.
• Review and validate shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with specifications.
• Liaise between factory production teams and on-site installation teams.
• Ensure quality control throughout the joinery production and installation process.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with the design and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in joinery technical coordination, production, or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, detailing, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and review technical and shop drawings accurately.
• Excellent coordination skills between factory and site teams.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field preferred.
