Joint Operations Planning Team Analysts

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Joint Operations Planning Team Analysts to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Approves and monitors comprehensive studies regarding systems analysis and procedural design for operational efficiency.
• Coordinates the development of Technical Reports and procedures manuals to simplify complex management tasks.
• Authorize the collection and interpretation of data for supply chain and logistics network optimization.
• Oversees the execution of JOPT-specific training sessions and wargaming events for multinational partners within the theater.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical training documentation and manuals required for demonstrations and exercises.
• Validate the accuracy of data used in training platforms to foster information sharing and enhance decision-making across the command.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications Senior Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)
• Professional-level certification in joint operational planning or instructional design.

Midlevel

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Foundational proficiency in Joint Operational Planning Toolkit or similar planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience working in a theater-level training or exercise cell.
• Proficiency in data visualization and knowledge management tool

Clearance Required

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
