Journey Advisor

Role Purpose

The ORN Customer Journey Advisor is a premium customer-facing sales role responsible for owning the customer journey from the first enquiry through booking, pre-departure readiness, travel support and post-travel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget and expectations.
Recommend suitable ORN travel products and packages.
Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, documentation, visa and payment requirements.
Customise journeys based on customer requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up consistently with interested customers.
Drive enquiries towards booking and conversion.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in CRM.
Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure smooth customer fulfilment.
Support pre-departure readiness.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain strong customer relationships after booking.
Identify repeat-travel and referral opportunities.

Candidate Profile
Fresh graduate with good academic performance.
Excellent spoken and written communication.
Strong customer-facing confidence.
Strong sales orientation.
Ambitious and willing to learn.
Customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics.
Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email and structured follow-up.
Multilingual candidates are preferred, particularly Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
